In this episode I share some conversations with my guides about the dark and turbulent storms that we are in, and how they will continue for a while yet. Although this may seem dark and ominous they were very specific to say that we can still find inner peace and calm. They said the energy of the sunrise and the sunset will help to recalibrate our personal energies as the world around us kicks the chaos energy up a notch. Holding tight to our compassionate hearts can help us stay calm and aligned as these changes occur. We do not need to fall into the fear energy. We can consciously choose how we move through this. This episode was from a direct conversation I had with Ascended Master Sanat Kumara. He is known as the regent of earth and his main goal is to help humanity ascend. He had such interesting perspectives to share about what is happening with the timelines on earth, more specifically how humanities timeline and mother earths timeline are not aligned at the moment. This is the reason why many of the energies seem so off and difficult to calibrate to. Mother Earth is shifting and many of us are feeling it. In the past we have talked about individual personal timelines (how they merge and what that feels like) but what we are experiencing right now is the earth merging some of her timelines. This is making for weird energy occurrence for may peopler...myself included. As well, spirit talked about how the changes happening are not limited to simply the 3D world. Many things are changing in 4D and 5D as well. This makes for more challenges when trying to tune in for accurate information or predictions. I am excited to share this powerful conversation with my guest Jaide Izon. Her journey into health and wellness began like many others, with personal history and experience. After working with many people in states of crisis, it led her to want to contribute natural means of relaxing and healing the body, recognizing common themes in lack of self-care and imbalances of limiting negative self-beliefs amongst those she had worked with. Through her journey discovering the meaning of self-care and the struggles of long term toxic stress to the body and brain connection, it became clear the work for her was not only to be done in educating but in having a hands-on approach to rebalancing the body and mind through meditation, physical touch and through holding space while aiding others in rebalancing their energetic fields.
Years of study into metaphysical practices and energy healing, as well courses taken on the subtle energy fields, eventually lead her to start providing one on one intuitive council to those seeking more understanding about shadow work, energy systems, and how they directly affect our everyday lives and anatomy. She became fascinated with the body and brain connection, leading her to take the World Fusion Reflexology schooling, obtaining her certification for balancing Chakras and becoming a Meditation Teacher.
