This episode was such a beautiful conversation with Joyce Aitken about grief. She has studied death and dying, works with grief support groups, helps run grief retreats and has worked supporting families with loved ones in palliative care. Her passion for helping others was amplified in her experience of losing her husband unexpectedly.
In her book Sincere Condolences: What to say when you don't know what to say she lays out clear and concise guidelines about how to support someone through their grief process. It is a must read for everyone as death is something that we know will touch us all in many ways.

In this episode I share some conversations with my guides about the dark and turbulent storms that we are in, and how they will continue for a while yet. Although this may seem dark and ominous they were very specific to say that we can still find inner peace and calm. They said the energy of the sunrise and the sunset will help to recalibrate our personal energies as the world around us kicks the chaos energy up a notch. Holding tight to our compassionate hearts can help us stay calm and aligned as these changes occur. We do not need to fall into the fear energy. We can consciously choose how we move through this. This episode was from a direct conversation I had with Ascended Master Sanat Kumara. He is known as the regent of earth and his main goal is to help humanity ascend. He had such interesting perspectives to share about what is happening with the timelines on earth, more specifically how humanities timeline and mother earths timeline are not aligned at the moment. This is the reason why many of the energies seem so off and difficult to calibrate to. Mother Earth is shifting and many of us are feeling it. In the past we have talked about individual personal timelines (how they merge and what that feels like) but what we are experiencing right now is the earth merging some of her timelines. This is making for weird energy occurrence for may peopler...myself included. As well, spirit talked about how the changes happening are not limited to simply the 3D world. Many things are changing in 4D and 5D as well. This makes for more challenges when trying to tune in for accurate information or predictions.
