I am excited to share this powerful conversation with my guest Jaide Izon. Her journey into health and wellness began like many others, with personal history and experience. After working with many people in states of crisis, it led her to want to contribute natural means of relaxing and healing the body, recognizing common themes in lack of self-care and imbalances of limiting negative self-beliefs amongst those she had worked with. Through her journey discovering the meaning of self-care and the struggles of long term toxic stress to the body and brain connection, it became clear the work for her was not only to be done in educating but in having a hands-on approach to rebalancing the body and mind through meditation, physical touch and through holding space while aiding others in rebalancing their energetic fields.
Years of study into metaphysical practices and energy healing, as well courses taken on the subtle energy fields, eventually lead her to start providing one on one intuitive council to those seeking more understanding about shadow work, energy systems, and how they directly affect our everyday lives and anatomy. She became fascinated with the body and brain connection, leading her to take the World Fusion Reflexology schooling, obtaining her certification for balancing Chakras and becoming a Meditation Teacher.
